I understand that Triple Play Tournament of Texas, LLC, its staff mebers, associates, workers and anyone associated with Triple Play Tournaments of Texas, LLC, is harmless and release them from any and all liability for injury as a result of my team's participation in any activity sponsored by Triple Play Tournaments of Texas, LLC. This release of liability by me is based upon the recognition that sports of any kind or nature clearly involves the risk of injury or hazards to the participants and spectators. I acknowledge that my team and I assume such risks when we participate in activities sponsored by Triple Play Tournaments of Texas, LLC. I, as team manager assume liability for my team during the entire tournament. It is understood that my signing this agreement and making payment, refunds will be handled according to the tournament refund policy. Also, by signing this agreement you give Triple Play Tournaments of Texas, LLC, permission to release player information to college and professional scouts. Furthermore you give permission to use player information and players likeness on the Internet.
